• "Customer" refers to any person purchasing or using Safe Box products or services.

• "Products" refer to the home security package including the wireless video doorbell, key safe, and motion-activated alarm system.

2. Orders and Payments

• All product prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.

• Orders can be placed via our website or authorised resellers.

• We offer a one-time payment of £299 or a 12-month payment plan of £29 per month.

• Monthly payment plans require the customer to fulfill the full 12-month contract.

3. Delivery and Installation

• We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days.

• Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors.

• Customers are responsible for installing the products. Instructions will be provided.

4. Cancellation and Returns

• Subscription cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next scheduled payment.

• If a customer cancels before completing the 12-month payment plan, the remaining balance will be immediately due.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

5. Warranty and Liability

• Products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects.

• The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, unauthorised modifications, or external factors.

• Safe Box is not liable for any losses, damages, or security breaches resulting from improper installation or use of our products.
