Subscription Cancellation
If you have chosen to pay for your Safe Box package through our monthly payment plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team at office@safe-box.co.uk.
Please note the following terms for subscription cancellations:

Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before your next scheduled payment to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

Any cancellations made after this period will apply to the following billing cycle.

If you cancel before completing your 12-month payment plan, the remaining balance will become immediately due.

Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products if you are not completely satisfied. To qualify for a refund:

Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories included.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 7-10 business days.
